Rent a postal address
Renting a postal address can be a solution in many cases. More and more businesses and individuals are opting to rent a second postal address. Examples include students in student accommodation, people who are moving house, those who don’t want to receive their mail at home, or those who’d rather register their business at an alternative address, for instance for a web shop. Rent a private postal address
As a private individual, renting a postal address is the solution to prevent your mail being delivered to your home address. There can of course be several reasons for this; for example, multiple people in one dwelling or your post repeatedly being delivered to the wrong address. The price for renting a postal address is €30.25 including VAT per month. The minimum rental period is 14 days. Optionally, we can notify you the moment actual mail arrives, so you never make a trip for nothing.

Renting a postal address for business?
Separate your business mail from your home address. We at Eurobox arrange this for you. More and more people are starting out as sole traders or running a business from home. The demand for renting a postal address with a registered office address is growing, as a company cannot always be registered at the property owner’s address.
In addition to the business postbox, we can also arrange the registration of a registered office address for you. This registered office address can be used for KvK registration. The cost for a postbox with postal address and registered office address is €50, excl. VAT, with a minimum rental period of 12 months.
You cannot receive parcels at your postbox. Of course, you can have them delivered to us, but only in combination with renting a storage unit. Only with our approval may you use our address for accepting packages and pallets. The cost is €1 per parcel and €10 per delivered pallet. You will always receive a notification as soon as the parcel arrives; you can collect your delivery at a time that suits you best. Renters are welcome 365 days a year between 06:00 and 23:00.
