At Eurobox Self Storage you can open a postbus as either a private or business customer. Eurobox Self Storage specialises in renting storage units; however, you can also open a PO box at all locations: Hoofddorp, Gouda, Haarlem, Bergen op Zoom, Leiden, Rotterdam and Noordwijk.

Opening a PO box as a private customer

When you open a PO box at Eurobox Self Storage as a private customer, your accessibility is guaranteed at all times. If you move frequently, temporarily live with friends or family, or plan to live abroad for a while, opening a PO box is ideal. You will receive a personal code to access the Eurobox Self Storage premises. Using this code, you can collect your mail seven days a week between 06:00 and 23:00. You do not need to make an appointment in advance, and you can collect your mail as often as you wish. It is important to note that you cannot use the Eurobox Self Storage PO box as a registered address in the municipal records.

Open a business PO Box

Even as a business customer, you can open a PO box at Eurobox Self Storage. The great advantage of this is that you have a correspondence address that isn’t linked to your home address. By opening a PO box at Eurobox Self Storage, you ensure that your business mail and your personal mail remain completely separate. You can also choose to use our address as your registered business address with the Chamber of Commerce. This costs an additional €25 per month. For business customers, it’s also possible to have parcels delivered to Eurobox Self Storage. If you’re interested, you must rent a storage unit in addition to the PO box. Eurobox Self Storage already has storage units to rent from 3M³. The staff at Eurobox Self Storage will accept your parcels and, at the end of the working day, place them in your storage unit. You’ll never have to worry about someone being at your business address to receive a parcel again.
