1. Your box is accessible to you from 06:00 until 23:00, seven days a week. It is not permitted to be present in the building outside these hours. If you are still in the building outside the specified times, the alarm will go off. Any costs resulting from an alarm you cause will be charged to you. You must pay these costs to Eurobox within ten days of notification, without any reduction or compensation. 2. Use the emergency exit doors only in case of emergency. In the event of a false alarm, the costs of the security service will be charged to you. You must pay these costs to Eurobox within ten days of notification, without any reduction or compensation. 3. It is not permitted to store toxic, flammable or dangerous substances, perishable goods, or to keep live animals in the rented unit. 4. Your access code is strictly personal and must under no circumstances be used by third parties. 5. If you have forgotten your access code, you must report in person to the Eurobox reception. For security reasons, no information will be provided by telephone. 6. Access codes are permanently stored by Eurobox in a computer system. Video recordings are made in and around the building by the surveillance system. Eurobox may use this information in case of emergencies or breaches of the rental agreement, the general terms and conditions and/or these house rules. 7. Eurobox will always cooperate with investigations by judicial authorities or other competent bodies. 8. It is not permitted to follow a vehicle in front of you into the building without entering your own access code. You must always enter your own access code. Ensure that others are not “tailgating” you. 9. Prevent damage to the access door and your vehicle. Wait for the overhead door to be fully open before entering the building. 10. For safety reasons, you must drive at walking speed with vehicles in the drive-through on the ground floor and around the building. Engines running inside the building are not permitted. 11. You alone are responsible for correctly locking your box using a cylinder lock purchased from Eurobox. The use of other locks is not permitted. 12. For transporting goods within the building, please use a free luggage trolley, hand truck or pallet truck. Do not stack loose items in the lift. Transport by luggage trolley helps maintain flow so everyone can use the lift. 13. Transport equipment must be returned after use. 14. It is not permitted to drill into the unit walls or attach fixing materials to them. Shelving must be freestanding. 15. The tenant is responsible for keeping their box clean. At the end of the rental contract, the store manager will carry out a checkout inspection. The box must be handed over in good condition, broom-clean and free of locks. If the box is not handed over in good condition, costs will be charged to the tenant. You must pay these costs to Eurobox within ten days of notification, without any reduction or compensation. 16. The tenant is responsible for removing and disposing of dirt and waste. It is not permitted to leave any waste, packaging material or similar inside or around the building, under penalty of a fine of €50 per day, up to a maximum of €2,000. If this fine is imposed, no other fine will apply for the same breach. 17. Termination of the rental contract must be made in writing with a notice period of at least 14 days. 18. If you do not pay or vacate your unit on time, your unit will be blocked and additional costs will be charged. 19. Animals are not permitted in the building. 20. Report damage and other irregularities immediately to the store manager. 21. In case of nuisance, you will receive a warning from the store manager. Upon a second warning, we reserve the right to terminate the rental contract. 22. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the building and on the grounds of Eurobox. Eurobox reserves the right to terminate the rental contract in the event of a breach. 23. These house rules are subject to Eurobox’s “storage space general terms and conditions”. In the event of any conflict, the general terms and conditions take precedence over these house rules.
