Eurobox Self Storage offers companies renting a storage unit the option to receive goods or parcels on their behalf. Waiting in for the courier or parcel service is a waste of time for many business owners. The Eurobox staff are on site every day and can accept your delivery—whether pallets or parcels—so you can devote your valuable time to running your business! If you wish, our service staff will place the items in your storage unit or hold them for you at reception, ready for you to collect at a time of your choosing and move into your own unit.

Email notification

As soon as your goods have been received, you will get an email notification from the Eurobox team. There is no extra charge for this service, and you’ll know immediately when your delivery has arrived.

Inspection of received goods by the parcel service

On receipt, the Eurobox staff will check your delivery for completeness, breakage and damage. If necessary, they will ask the courier or parcel service to make a note of any issues so you can prove to your supplier that the delivery arrived incomplete or damaged. Naturally, we will also inform you straightaway of any discrepancies.
